Coming from a family with a long-standing travel business, Kissan was immersed in tourism from a young age. Over the years, he developed deep insights into what travellers need — and what tour operators struggle with.

With this knowledge and passion, he launched Travel Steps to modernize how tourism services are discovered, booked, and experienced.
